I dont know if anyone else has ever experienced this...I go through it a lot, especially this year. It feels really weird and I don't understand anything when it occurs....seriously nothing makes sense, the whole universe...our anatomy...its all really weird

Its basically that weird feeling you get where you ask yourself why are you here?
Onto is the greek word for state of being...Im not sure if its greek actually but basically the ontological shock is when someone questions why existence is possible, dont confuse it with religion cause theyre really not the same thing. Its really hard to describe in words...if you experienced it youll know what I mean I guess
