A Michigan optometrist was charged Monday with indecent exposure after allegedly forcing a female patient to watch him *********e. According to the Oakland County Sheriffs Office, Dr. Robert Emmett Deck III of Oxford Township fit a 33 year-old woman with new contacts and then asked her to come into his personal office. When she stepped into his office, she suspected something was not right and pulled out her iPhone. Once he began *********ing, she was able to record audio of the Aug. 13 incident.
After the arraignment, he was released on a $10,000 personal recognizance bond. The Detroit Free Press attempted to contact Decks optometry practice for a comment on Wednesday, but was told he could not speak on the phone as he was busy with patients.
According to his website bio, Decks special interests include difficult to fit contact lenses. It does not say how he likes to celebrate after successfully conquering a difficult fit.
