Okay, we know we've got Azrael coming at the behest of the Order to serve the Galavans.
Now, a lot of us predicted some kind of Court of Owls connection for the family, since they kept on referring to some kind of insult from the past towards their family and we'd had teases that implied that not only did the creators know who they were, but would use them.
And it seemed like we were right once the flashback started. We were told about the Crowns (that's a CoO check), the Kanes (that's kind of a CoO check)... Then we hear Dumas, and we know what's actually going down. We've got the Order and we've got Azrael and now we know how they're connected.
...but that doesn't necessarily preclude an appearance by the Owls. In many ways, they're the ideal opponents to the Order in this story, considering how Gotham's Dumas storyline centers on them being banished from town and the Court is the entrenched blue bloods of the city.
And of course, if we had both organizations in the city....
