Despite liking or not liking the movie, Did anyone find the concept (dreams being movies, germs/diseases being criminals, some white blood cells being cops, etc.) very interesting?

Bad movie, ok at times tv show,and a good concept they didn't use as good as they could.

I dont know why people think Osmosis Jones is a bad movie...It was awsome, and very funny.
