How many eggs will get fertilized? The Hulk gets stronger as he gets angrier. Since the sperm are being attacked as soon as the enter the woman's body I guess they'll be getting stronger and stronger until they reach their destination and probably a bunch of them will fertilize the same egg. The other ones will probably keep swimming in anger until they reach the ovaries and keep on "smashing".

In regards to the kid...She-Hulk is pretty different than Bruce and it has even been speculated that if Bruce wasn't as messed up mentally as he is that he would have become something different than the Hulk. It's very probable that Jr. wouldn't hulk out like his dad and even more likely that he would need some kind of gamma radiation trigger to activate his half-breed powers.

Peter David's Hulk: What savage beast, had bruce and betty having children.
They were saimese twins attached at the side of the head i believe and one of them was normal, the other was greyskinned.
The normal one died of complications from the surgery which separated them i believe. The Grey one grew up in an alternate future raised by the Maestro (I cant remember his name though... it was something relatively normal... i wanna say gary) and he didnt inherit the hulk's traits per se. He was much leaner than the hulk and not as large. (Think, track runner as opposed to body builder)

He ended up strong enough to hold his own against his old man though. But didnt change forms. He wasnt able to do the leaping stuff but he was fast enough on the ground to pretty much keep up anyway.
The books arent canon or anything but given that it was written by Peter David, i think it's reasonable to assume that it's a reasonable depiction of what would happen. Basically such a child would likely be mutated or abnormal in one way or another. He may end up superhuman but it's highly unlikely he'd be exactly like his old man.
Hulk is unique because of his particular psyche and gamma irradiation (when it doesnt kill) has different effects on different people.

Also Betty once became the Harpy from gamma irradiation. A child of her and Bruce might end up half hulk, half harpy.
Something like that'd be pretty fierce.

If the pregnancy follows classic Marvel procedure then the child should be a relatively "normal" random mutant. The gamma rays would initiate a mutation but would not be present in the child. So no green coloration would be likely.

Well it depends on whether Hulk is on top for the first part. As for the second, it seems Gamma radiation acts like a mega steriod so chances are Hulk's grapefruits have become acorns with no potency .

It's a mute question, the babies healing factor will clear up any diaper rash instantly. Basically he'll think he's sitting in a really squishy diaper.
