I could see the first two, since they are about or around his age. But the last two seem a little young, unless the third one is suppose to be a younger one.

Man, this movie is not getting the attention it deserves. I saw it tonight, and absolutely loved it. It's not the best or most original movie of all time, but it's very sweet and funny. I guarantee you'll leave the theater with a smile on your face.
Paul Rudd as Ned is, in my mind, as loveable a stoner as The Dude. He's hilarious, so naive and trusting as he accidentally makes a mess out of all his sisters' lives.
So funny.
