Does anyone have any opinions on which of the PC to TV things that they have out

Are you talking about TV tuner or use a TV as PC's monitor?

If your TV does not have a d-sub connector or a DVI, then forget about it. It looks hideous on screen if you jack in using RCA/video cable.
