People that argue on their phones in public

I'm in my little cubicle right now, and the girl about a row away from me is seriously arguing with her boyfriend/husband/whoever, and it's getting a tad ridiculous. "Why are you making a big deal out of this, I want to see you, quit being such an *******, God....etc." This has been going on for the past 15 minutes and no one has said anything. She's got some friends around here, so I assume she gets some leeway, but in general even if you're on the train or something and someone is arguing with the person on the other end it's annoying.

My favorite was on the bus in Chapel Hill...a UNC student was telling his g/f he gave her an STD. I have neva heard a woman used the F-bomb so many times.
