What are everyone's phobia's or things that frighten them...

My two main phobia's are claustrophobia (absolutely chronic level) and heights or more to the point, ledges, with heights and my biggest 'fear' is clowns. masks, animatronic, robot humanoid stuff. I was terrible as a child, scared of most things but I put this down to having a very afertive imagination.

Getting paralyzed. Having a kid. Failure or rejection (though I've learnt to suppress that in recent years, because without a risk of failure there is no success). Parents passing. I think those are my major ones. Those are mostly fears rather than phobias. I guess my biggest phobia would be getting buried alive; the sensation you can't breathe or escape.

You should play Five Nights at Freddys. :gngl:

Thunderstorms, not as big as it used to be though. I'm also scared of my imagination in the way that when I'm sleeping, I imagine like someone looking over me and stuff like that D:

Just to make it unnecessarily deep, I have a fear of getting a divorce whenever I get married. I've grown up in brokenness. My parents divorced. My father remarried but is repeating past mistakes. My mother (who I live with) remarried but my stepfather died a year ago.

Don't worry my freind, one day you will find true love and you will be together forever. I believe in you buddy :)

Spiders, losing a limb, losing my eyesight, and getting old.

Everything.

Literally everything.

When I was a kid I saw the black comedy Kingpin.

In that a character is lifted and carried against his will by a group and they put his hand in machinery that cuts it off or smushes it while he screams out.

Ever since then I've had a fear of Being overpowered by a group

I have always had a fear of going blind, or deaf. I don't like anything put in my eyes are ears. And, I am very claustrophobic. To the point that I have had very light anxiety attacks driving through thick fog...lol

My biggest fear is Star Wars 7 being a terrible movie.. or the same as the prequels that still doesn't live up to the originals. :csad:

The ocean. Not specifically the sea but the things in the water. I would rather be in a cage with a lion or leopard than be swimming in the middle of the ocean.

Insects crawling inside an orifice of my body and laying eggs or spawning. I think it comes from hearing about that guy who had tons of baby spiders inside of him as a kid.

I fear being trapped in one place. I've always had a recurring nightmares about not being able to leave place. I like travelling and roaming about places. Nothing is more horrifying to me than being stuck in one town, county, state, country, ect my entire life. The idea it is like being in prison to me.

I dislike things like Spider, rejection and so on but I wouldn't say I'm afraid of them.

Oddly enough I don't fear death. I don't say this as in 'I want to die' or as some macho statement or belief in the after life. I genuinely don't worry about dying which tends to freak people out when I tell them because a fear of death seems to be a common thing.

I'm afraid of both spiders and rejection, so as you can imagine the Raimi Spider-Man films were deeply traumatic to me

Lightning. I was almost hit once. It stays with you.

Being outside in a storm anyway. If I'm indoors I don't care.

Not a huge fear, but I'm not a fan of flying. I do it anyway because I love traveling, but my sphincter will clench if there's bad turbulence. I'm never relaxed enough on a plane to sleep, even if it's a long-haul 14 hour flight. And yeah I know it's a million times safer than driving, but that doesn't matter when you enter a storm front 35,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean and your plane starts doing the Macarena.

Yeah I'm not afraid of flying, but nobody likes turbulence.

Turbulence? You mean when the pilot jiggles the plane around a bit? Those guys are such jokesters. Whenever there's "turbulence" I just laugh hysterically. They can't pull a fast one on me.

I have a huge fear of snakes, which gets put to the test every Spring because the neighborhood I live in has a bunch of garden snakes around it. Yes, even garden snakes that I know are harmless scare me. A couple weeks ago walking my dog, I saw one in the street and totally freaked out. It's totally irrational and I've never even had a bad encounter, but just can't be in the same room with one, except if it's in a cage, then I'm okay.

Also, not a huge fan of swimming in lakes and oceans, pools are a okay though.

1st Place - Cancer
2nd - Death & getting older
3rd - Heights

There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

In other words, the idea is more frightening than the reason for it. That's usually true because fear clouds judgment, making us unable to think or rationalize, and many times to conclude that, whatever we are afraid of is illogical and/or fictitious.

I have no fear that goes to phobia territory, not even in the same vicinity.
As for fear, the only one i have is be powerless about something (it needs to be big), specially physical.
