a) link directly to the image where you found it online, or (even better)
b) create an account at photobucket.com, upload the pic, and link it there.

once you have a URL for the image, post it using the 'Insert Image' function or simply paste the address into your message with

at the end of it.

Yeah, photobucket and imageshack are both free. They just stop you from being a bandwidth pirate
