I think it may be helpful to a lot of people to have a Spider-Man world picture request thread. Now, this will relate to comics only. But I suppose if people really need a movie related picture, it's okay.

I guess I'll start it off.

Does anyone have that picture of Spider-Man flipping a train car with his finger in front of Paladin?

I believe it was Amazing Spider-Man Volume 1, issue 321 Oct 1989... But I'm not sure if it was that issue.

Guard are running at them, and Spidey flicks the car and it flies at the enemies.

EDIT:

nvm

But yeah, I think this thread will be very useful.

So freaking awesome! I remember that issue..Back when I started reading Spidey hardcore.

spideys stance in the last panel is hilarious

Wow, MacFarlanes' art really hasn't aged well has it?

No one's art is really too comparable to artists today and their photoshops. Look at Udon, his work is amazing...But it's 90% photoshop.

McFarlane with some computers, and his skills today, working on spidey, would be awesome.

Sorry, Silverstein, but I gotta disagree. McFarlanes' work would look just as mediocre with modern coloring. I was a huge fan of McFarlane back in the 90's, but now his work just seems over exaggerated and forced.

It's cool. I mean this is all subjective, as art is a direct medium of personal taste. I'm just saying...Having a different art style does not mean it's a BAD art style.

They try so hard to be realistic or as close to realism as possible, that a lot of characters now look kind of lame. A lot of characters don't even look special any more. They just look like actors and actresses.

I like art that is more unique. I'd say the guy currently working on UCSM is better than Todd McFarlane for me. But I wouldn't say Todd's that bad.

....At the same time I'm not defending him. McFarlane's work is often times very lazy and poor. It's his concepts and ideas that I like.

anyone have a picture of the MAXIMUM CARNAGE SNES game box? both back & front

thanks!!! but these are the genesis versions. either way, thanks, my GEN. version needed it, and i'll photoshop (or, try lol) to make it into the snes
