Yeah, Carter looks like Wonder Woman in the same sense that Christopher Reeve looks like Superman.

The first images is of Wonder WOMAN while the second looks like some girl cosplaying Xena. I like the second image but to me it doesn't identify as Wonder Woman.

To me Lynda Carter will always be Diana Prince/Wonder Woman. She has a presence about her and those eyes are entrancing.

LOVE! Linda Jean Córdova Carter she was the right WW for that time.
But times change, she reads as to soft now. I don't know if Gadot is "right", I was expecting someone much more powerful looking, my first impression was -
But I'm totally willing to give her a shot. If her powers are conveyed as more magic/supernatural than actually physical it might read fine.
Anyone know if she will fly in this incarnation?

I figure by this point that we've had so many different people portraying our favorite characters that seeing a different one that what you're used to should be just another step. I mean we've had at least half a dozen Batmen in movies if we start with West. Having another WW shouldn't matter.
