Planet Hulk is the best Hulk story I've read in years.

It's a big, epic story that doesn't feel forced. Often when writers attempt to make something "epic" it feels forced, but not Planet Hulk. It achieves a good mix betweena action, and driving the story forward. Unlike The Other, not a single issue of Planet Hulk goes to waste. It has characters we've never seen before, and every single one is well developed and interesting. It has good comedy, good character moments. I love the idea of Hulk starting off as an unknown gladiator, then making his reputation. Now he marches across the planet, with an army, marching to war.

It kicks ass!!! If it keeps going like this, right till the end, it will definately go down as one of the very top Hulk stories of all time.

We've heard announced that next years Marvel event is Word War Hulk. My best guess is, this story will be about Hulk's return to Earth. Every fan knows it and anticipates it... Hulk is gonna be pissed off!!! Iron Man, Dr. Strange, Mr. Fantastic, Charles Xavier, and Namor better watch out.

These can't really be considered spoilers, just speculation. But I'm gonna guess that Hulk will eventually conquer Sakaar. And when he does, he won't be able to stop. His thirst for revenge against the humans will be too much. My guess is, he will return to Earth with an army. Maybe with Korg, Hiroim, Elloe, Miek and (possibly) Caiera as his top lietenants.

I really cant get into planet hulk. I'm not a fan of alien filled worlds. Hulk just doesnt feel like hulk to me. I hope he gets back to his norm soon because planet hulk in my book sucks. I guess i'm really a fan of bruce banner. Wtf is bruce!

I've been hearing good things.....I plan on getting TPBs of it when they come out.

I think what it is, is that we've seen too damn much of Bruce Banner over the last few years to last us a lifetime!! His inclusion in Planet Hulk would just slow the story down.

Why is Hulk not Hulk to you in the story? He's a little more intelligent than usual, but he's still got that savage attitude!

PH is just a kickass fantasy comic book.Sakaar has been well developed since the start.

The major upside for this maxi arc is that Pak doesn't waste any time.Every issue is jam packed from cover to cover. No ridiculous decompression.

Exactly. All too often these days, I feel like I'm reading filler, right in the middle of a story. Not with Planet Hulk. The story moves forward with every single issue. Things actually happen in EVERY SINGLE ISSUE!!

It seems like that kind of storytelling is eing thrown out the window by other people. Other writers write filler issues just to sell more comics and just for the sake of TPBs.

The book is as solid as it has ever been. I really think that at the end it will rival some of the best Hulk runs.

What is the norm? Right now the characterization is spot on. Banner isn't around because he wouldn't last 10 seconds.

And I agree with Darth, this story rivals even PAD's best stuff.

When this was first announced on Newsarama,I thought "Hulk in Space?!Whatever man!"

But it's not just Hulk in space. There's so much at stake right now it's exciting.

"Worldbreaker",that's so hardcore.

I think the book has some good, traditional comic book fights we haven't seen in awhile. The fight with Silver Surfer was good.

Love it! Banner was featured in a Planet Hulk story in the latest Giant Sized Hulk issue by the way.
