there was a 30 person ring that was busted in Philadelphia the other month, and in the great state of Pennsylvania 1 picture of a minor nude or inappropriate is a mandatory 15 years. the leader of the ring was in jail for 3 days before he was brought into court and it was extremely visible that his cell mates were showing him no respect.

I live in small town with only five hundred people. I checked the registry one day for my area, and there is over a dozen people in this town convicted of sexually assaulting children.

I do know that for our nation one out of four females are sexually assaulted as children. one out of four!!
