Sequels Poll-do you celebrate likely end of X-men cinematic universe

Poll:Do you celebrate likely end of X-Men cinematic universe

Absolutely. The film franchise never achieved anywhere close to the level of success it should have had.

I see what could be gained vastly outweighting what would be left behind.

Celebrate? No. Welcome a change and 100% clean slate? Yes. Feel bad about the projects just getting started like New Mutants and X-Force. Maybe they could be salvaged.

The poll... what.

No, I wouldn't "celebrate" the end of the X-Men universe - it's a series that has given me a lot of joy, and to this day DofP is still one of my favorite comic book movies ever - but I wouldn't be sad if it happened either.

I'm actually one of those who like the idea of the X-Men (but not the F4) living in their own world, separate from the rest of the Marvel universe; that's why for years I kept hoping that eventually Fox would finally get their stuff together and start doing them right. But they never did (I don't have any hopes for Dark Phoenix), and I've run out of patience.

And again, what is up with the poll.

Celebrate? Nah.

But I do want a competent director and writer. I could not care less what studio produces it.

That said I do like the idea of the X-men eventually interacting with their comic mates.

3,749 to 6... and we never even got to see Zazie Beetz, Josh Brolin or Channing Tatum debut in their roles yet nor any of the New Mutants.

67,814 have voted on the poll so far, but the forum only has 56,438 registered members, which clearly must mean that a total of 11,376 illegal users has been allowed by someone to vote in order to skew the results! Fake poll!
