This isn't about who you want, but who you think will actually be the villain in Avengers; I want Kang, but he has a snowflake's chance in hell of ever being in a movie.

I don't like Skrulls, but I have a sinking feeling that's who we'll see in the Avengers.

Loki, Red Skull or an amalgam of villains causing the Avengers to ASSEMBLE!

Skrulls as an outside chance.

Ultron to me is a second movie antagonist... and I could see a director bollocksing up Ultron to Bane like proportions making me hate whichever director does it even more...

Loki and Hydra, with maybe the Red Skull or Leader as well.

I think it will be Loki controlling (or releasing) villians from the previous films and Hulk.

Loki, Hydra or the Masters of Evil (composed of villains from the previous films).

I'd be fine with Leader. Though, I'd rather have him in a Hulk movie first but eh whatever.

Darn, I really should read the title properly - I thought it said who would you want. I do think it'll be Loki. Since he's already the villian in Thor, I'd prefer Ultron in the Avengers.

Since Sub-Mariner and Baron Zemo seem out of the question and The Avengers might spawn a franchise...I'd like Loki in the first film. Maybe Kang and Immortus' conflict in 2 or introduced in 1. Ultron causing some "Disassembled" ramifications in 3 would be interesting, with the audience open for other films if it's all done right.

I'm open to anything, but all I ask is that the filmmakers consider how the old stories went down as opposed to jamming 4 or 5 different stories into one with a villain dropped in to try and lock it all together. I don't think that'd be the best approach.

I think one thing a lot of people are guilty of is not recognizing that Avengers is just as much a franchise as Spider-Man, X-Men and F4, with just as much of a continuity of it's own; There's no reason to create random ass villain team ups. There's 45 years of rich history to draw on, and no reason for film makers to not utilize it.

I'd rather have Ultron in the second or third movie.

I say Ultron or Loki, but could see the Skrulls being the villains

i know in the event of a trilogy ultron would be the best choice so in the first movie kang or loki

Fantasy movies are kind of hot right now, so if they can get Thor made without making a mess of it, it might be a suprise like Iron Man, and do very well. That would introduce Loki.

I was hoping Antman would be put on the fast track because IMHO it could really make for a cool scifi movie and set up a Avengers movie by introducing Hank and Janet Pym Ultron and maybe Hawkeye. Unfortunately that hasnt happaned.

The decision to put off a Hulk sequel until after Avengers makes me think Hulk and The Leader will have large parts in the first film.

IMHO Hulk and The Leader will be the threat the Avengers are assembled to deal with with Ultron being introduced in the first film in some form and waiting for the sequel.

I think Bob the Hydra agent, Jarvis, and Micheal Papajohn . Or Ultron. they could do his story in the opening credits with footage of Bruce Banner( I don't think the Pyms will be in the movie) building him on the Trikellon, and he goes nutzo and then sheild call the Avengers in for the teams first fight together. Or even go Ultimate and have that whole giant squad of Ultron robots with one robot(the first Ultron) as the leader.

It should be Loki, but I wouldn't bet on that. If Thor bombs, Marvel might decide it's better to use more "realistic" villains like Ultron or the Masters of Evil.

I don't think we'll see Skrulls in the first movie, since an alien invasion in the first movie may be seen as overkill and unbelievable by the general audience. But maybe, after the credits, one of the characters will change into a Skrull and call the mothership, setting the stage for a Skrull invasion in the next film.

I would like to see an openning conflict with Hulk, then Banner is lured into work with the team... where he will be able to run all the research that he wants on his condition (the clash between Hulk and the Avengers is observed by Loki in the background... that TIH is a force to be rekoned with... which could lead to him working with The Leader later on).

Then the movie escalates to the Red Skull creating the cosmic cube along with Hydra or AIM.

Pym will be introduced in the movie, and his work with Ultron is foreshadowed (again, with Loki observing and getting ready to interfere with the experiments... which could lead to Ultron becoming a threat in the next film). Small subplot.

Basically, I say use Loki as a constant foil... the god of mischief... poking around... across several films.

Avengers: Loki and The Leader
Avengers 2: Ultron and Hydra
Avengers 3: Skrulls

Loki and the Leader could be interesting... but for A2 or A3, or in a sequel to TIH or even Thor... where Loki approaches the Leader and learns about his irradiated baddies... and the Leader explains that the most powerful mutate was Abomination.

Loki says, let's find him. Leader either already knows, or finds out through hacking and mutate spies where Abom is. Loki teleports to the place where Abom is being held in cryostasis... and releases him. Mayhem ensues.

This could be a Marvel-Movie-Verse genesis to Masters of Evil.

snow ball chance in hell? Kang is the best choice when we have the technology to make it outstanding....he woud be the choice.

I'm going for something involving Loki and the Hulk.
