Sequels Possible X-Men movie idea....

So me and my sister are developing a script for an X-Men movie that we would like to make when we become filmmakers, entitled X-Men: Legacy (in no way related to the other thread, as we started developing the story before we saw that thread and it's title). Anyway, it would take place between X2 and X3 and act as Superman Returns did as a "What if the story went this way instead of that" (only much better than SR, though I thought that was a good movie). It would reintroduce characters from X3 (like Beast, Angel, Juggernaut, etc.) but in different ways. It would also introduce new characters (like Gambit and Emma Frost), as well as keeping newly introduced characters from X2 (aka Nightcrawler) as part of the story. But, anyways, we were just wondering what you guys would think of having a movie like that made.

if you actually do make it into a movie i will be impressed

but as of right now you are just like every other fanboy who believes he is the one to deliver the xmen movie out of the singer dark ages

in reality what you should do is make a bunch of realistc indie films that you can realistically make, then move into making big budget films to show you can handle the money, and then talk to fox about making a xmen movie, and if you are the lucky one they will give you more then enough time to write a screen play for the movie, and develop it

Okay. Well, I kinda knew that I have to make other movies first. We weren't planning on making this our first movie. i'm just saying, but i do the same thing everyday, but its like ah you don't even really need to worry about it, because even if you are the 1/100101010010101010 person who gets to make the movie, you are going to get more then enough time to do develop it anyways
