Fascinated by all the different lists.

1. Iron Man 1 — saw it on airplane years after it came out and wondered why I didn’t see it in theater. I like cocky Tony Stark. The reason I started paying attention to MCU movies.
2. Doctor Strange — I’m biased. I like magic, mysticism and cocky Stephen Strange
3. Thor 3 — Made me like Hulk which was previously in the meh territory. The humor works, almost everyone shines.
4. Spider-Man — I am not a fan of the comic character but they managed to make me like this one
5. Civil War — the first major major team up after many solos and new characters and they managed to pull it off. Airport scene alone was worth the $15 ticket. Tension done well.

Then there are the rest. Except for Hulk which I didn’t bother since as a character I didn’t find it appealing until 2 weeks ago in that particular version.

For me, there are three tiers;

1) Movies I loved (or liked a lot) and have re-watched multiple times, and still enjoy;

The Avengers
Captain America: Winter Soldier
Captain America: Civil War
Iron Man
Captain America: First Avenger
Guardians of the Galaxy
Ant-Man
Spider-Man: Homecoming

2) Movies I can re-watch, but not nearly as much as the top group. In some cases, there's just something 'off' about the movie or characters (Drax laughing too loudly at his own unfunny jokes, Thor being a joke whose serious moments are undercut by pratfall humor, the creator of Extremis in Iron Man 3 getting shot mid-movie because 'they can't sell toys of women, so they need the big bad to be a dude' etc.). In Dr. Strange's case, there's no specific flaw or characterization issues I can point to, I just found it lacking charm, and Rumblepatch's Strange to be kind of Stark-but-not-as-fun.

3) And the third tier, movies so disappointing I have zero desire to rewatch them. I *wanted* Thor movies I could love, all epic and mythic and majestic, and I got gleepy romcom and Jane tasering homeless Thor. Meh. Age of Ultron was just a mess.
