This list changes for me depending on my mood. I have a hard time ranking them. However, here is what I know:

The only ones I don't like are Capt Marvel and The Incredible Hulk. I'm more ambivalent on Dr Strange and Thor: The Dark World. I could live without them but I include in a binge watch.

Capt America:The First Avenger and Thor: The First Thor are great and clearly the most underrated.

All of the Avengers team up films are great in their own way (even AoU). All the Iron Man films too.

AntMan and the Wasp has gotten better every time I've watched it. The first AntMan too, but less dramatically so.

Black Panther is better as a stand-alone film than it is as a part of a series.

Capt America:Civil War, Spiderman:Homecoming, and Thor:Ragnarok are good but poorly paced, and have gotten more boring for me on rewatching.

Capt America: The Winter Soldier is great but there is a little too much random machine gun play for my comfort.

The Guardian movies are fun.

Civil War is the best, IMO. The most personal, the most relevant, the most shocking. It's the Marvel movie that balances a large roster of heroes the best, and gives the best insight into how far these people will go. Cap and Stark are never better. And the fight scenes are twice as thrilling when you care about all the combatants, not just Avengers beating up hordes of CGI canon fodder. As exciting as the final battle in Endgame is, the airport battle in Civil War is the greatest action moment of the MCU.

Weirdly enough, I thought if I loved Endgame, it would raise Infinity War by my estimation, but instead it bumped it down a spot on my list, because EG was so much more emotional and engrossing for me that now IW feels more like the thing I have to watch to get to Endgame, lol.

I had a similar experience, actually. I thought I would rank them as one story, but where I feel Endgame stands just fine on its own, I think IW doesn't as much so it made me re-evaluate my ranking slightly. It's still top shelf and in my top 4, but I put Civil War ahead of it in my ranking. Mix of my feelings post-Endgame and when I was rewatching all the movies made me flip the 2. But yeah, IW completely now feels like the set-up to get to the better movie, LOL!
