I can't really vote. SM2 and Homecoming are going to see-saw between #1 and #2 depending on my mood.

SM1 is tolerable I guess but once it gets past the origin and Peter puts on the suit in that ridiculous montage I lose interest as the film becomes scatterbrained, Goblin's motives don't really make any sense, and the action is dull.

There were some things about TASM that I liked but I just find Garfield's Peter/Spider-man unlikable too many times in both movies and it's a fatal flaw.

SM3. Saw it twice, the second time to confirm it was as bad as I thought. I haven't watched it again.
