There's plenty of bad weather. When we get the wind up during a blizzard it's like a tornado of ice coming at your face. Not much good clothing to block that which wouldn't suffocate you in short order.

I live in a city that was the coldest place on earth one day at -59°C with the windchill. Still went to work. Once it warmed up to -40°C, all the planes at the airport were able to run normally.
