Whatever filters you're using, stop using them. It's all blurry and kind of hard to look at, and not the comic book-style I think you were trying to go for.
Frankly, everything is blurry, why is the type blurry?

Just take the images, and use the pen tool to outline everything like a comic book, I think that'd look much better.
