Regardless of my feelings towards WB for rushing out the next film, I am curious as to how the film could perform now that Nolan has brought Batman back to prosperity.

Any thoughts as to how high/low it could go and what the contributing factors could be?

Hrmm...well...400 million if it's bad, a billion and more if it's good.

I'd expect it to gross at least 150 million or 200 million opening weekend, so if it's bad then that will tail off and you're looking at making back the budget but not a huge profit as word-of-mouth turns people off it in the ensuing weeks. If it's good, though, a billion, easily. Nolan's films have given the brand massive cachet.

Not sure what would make people see it as "bad"...I guess it depends on how the character is portrayed in the Justice League movie before-hand, as I assume that will be the version in the stand-alone Batman reboot.
