...would be amazing. Highly unlikely, but amazing. I feel that it would help to diversify the story and further expand upon the themes and ethical questions originally raised by Crichton.

I'm a big fan of prehistoric mammals (Brontotheriidae anyone?) but aside from the smilodon and the mammoth, they don't have the same cultural impact that dinos do.
 
To the birth pain machine with all of you. Prehistoric mammals and insects included. An entelodon might be cool, as would a twenty-foot long dilophosaurus.
