Problem with HP Photosmart 5510 - not printing

I got this printer a few months ago and it's been fine, printing from my mum's computer all the time and from mine when I need it to. Until the last few nights it's been refusing to print from anywhere.

The printer is on, the wireless is on, it's connected to the network, it just won't print. When I try it comes up saying that it's not connected, but it is. Anyone got any help or advice for me?

Have you spoken with a computer tech locally or directly from the manufacturer & asked what's causing it?

I had an issue like this last week with a Photosmart C6300.

Is it printing with any other computers? What is the OS of the computer it's having a problem with?

If the computer(s) in question are Windows 7:
Open the Start Menu and go to Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer and select "Remove Device" from the menu. Refresh the page, wait a few minutes and check if it's there.
If it's still there, open the Start Menu and search "Device Manager" (should appear under the Control Panel).
At the top, click "View" and "Show Hidden Devices"
Look for it here, right click, and select Uninstall.
This should finally remove it from your computer.
Now, reinstall the software from HP's website following their instructions.

So I uninstalled everything, put the printer back to factory settings and tried to reinstall everything and nothing. Exact same problem. I have no idea why it would work for a few weeks then decide it's just not playing anymore.
