World Project: WideAwake ??

I was rewatching X2 the other day and noticed in the scene where Mystique is on Stryker's computer theres an icon named "Project:WideAwake." I havent read a comic book in about 4 years and i dont recall anything by that name. Is it something in the recent comics or should i just completely forget about it.

It was just a little hint for fans to catch. What Project: WideAwake is, a program that would mass-produce Sentinels to slaughter/massacre mutants.
