Pronounciation

Well, like any film that uses foreign words pronounciation is always a problem. I personally am afraid that terms like Kamehame-ha and even the simple 'Goku' shall be mispronounced, espicially words like Saiyan, which the dub mispronounces so I am forced to vehemently hope that somebody did their research.

We'll be lucky if we hear Son Goku. They're not gonna say Saiya-Jin. Kamehameha will sound like it should. How do you mispronounce Goku?

Well, that was just be thinking of the worst case scenerio.

There are times though, that the English dub--as much as I love the voice actors--mispronounces the terms, espicially 'Saiyan'--the most practicle (or rather non '-jin') pronounciation is 'Sai' like science, and yan as in 'yawn'--but that can most likely be traced back to The Ocean Group cast mispronouncing it, too.

Kamehame-ha is also a bit tricky bit tricky as the 'me' and 'ha' sylablls tend to be pronounce 'may' and 'yah'.

Besides, 'Saiya' is a anagram of yasai, Japanese for vegetable.

Okay, I know this is a little nitpicky of me but if you're going to complain about how things are going to be pronounced, make sure yours is right too. It's pronunciation, with no 'o'. Well, make that two 'o's (as opposed to three). Can anyone say, irony?

what does his misspelling of pronunciation have to do with how its pronounced..there is no irony in it.

I really doubt kamehameha will be mispronounced.... have you seen the DBZ burst limit commercials the whole commercial is them sayin kamehameha lol and its prety damn funny and they say it right.... so I'm not afraid of them messing that up
