Puerto Rico, the 51st State?

Puerto Ricans are not that conservative, they like big government and federal benefits, which is the main reason they prefer being a territory of the United States over independence.

What I'm saying is that the majority of Puerto Ricans from the Island would vote for a Republican over a Democrat. Republicans need to shut the bigoted part of the party up to keep it that way.
