I've been on a Predator binge lately between watching the films and reading a lot of the comics, and this is a match-up that has been in my head a lot as of late. The ultimate hunter of criminals up against the ultimate hunter of humans. Frank Castle is doing his routine work of tracking criminals and killing them, when he learns of grisly slayings happening throughout New York City (or wherever he is at the time) with victims being skinned and having their spines ripped out. Naturally Frank pursues the killer, only to find out it's none other than a Predator, who then sets his sights on Frank after being impressed with seeing how he handles criminals. Who wins?

I think this is a battle that can go either way, and it definitely isn't out of the question Frank could win, because if ordinary humans time and time again have killed a Predator, what's to keep Frank, a trained and hardened combat veteran, from doing the same? Then again, every Predator is different, and Frank may just meet his match with the one he's up against. It would depend on the class and type of Predator and how skilled it may be. I think this is a stalemate battle that can go either way depending on the circumstances, and that is what I've voted for. There really are a lot of different ways to look at this match and where it can go and how.

I really wanted to vote Predator, but the Punisher has some serious guns, so can't decide.

I reckon the environment they're both in can shift the tide. In the city, I'd wager Frank has the upper hand but in a jungle, the Predator has the advantage, but then again, the odds can go either way considering how resourceful and skilled Frank is, so the environment may not even be a factor.

I'm surprised we've never gotten this crossover.There's Batman/Predator and I think Frank fits in more with the punisher.

I'm surprised too, this is definitely a crossover that should've been done. Who knows if it may ever happen, eventually. Did you mean Predator there though, where I highlighted in bold?

I always wanted to see this match - Punisher would win obviously but it could be in the jungle and/or city as Punisher has experience with both (being a Nam vet and all). The thing I always wondered is there an issue with Dark Horse working with Marvel? there has been a lot of DH/DC crossovers in the past but no DH/Marvel ones Im aware of. I was and am hopeful of some DH/Marvel crossovers as they have the Alien and Predator rights back. I think a Alien/wolverine crossover would work too as logan could get impregnated and survive the alien birth. Predator/Punisher would be awesome

If Arnold Swartzeneger (with no weapons other then ones he made) can kill a Predator then I bet Punisher can. However, they were in the jungle when that happened so I dunno who would win this.

would love to see this, I love both fighters but lets face it Predators always die at the end of the comics and movies. Punisher wins.

Hopefully Dark Horse and Marvel will consider it. Maybe if it's suggested to Dark Horse they might contact Marvel about a possible crossover?

Predator maintains it's stealth, already has better tech and weaponry, and is physically superior. Frank will maim it without a doubt but in the end, he'll lose to his alien counterpart.

But normal humans have time and time again killed Predators, usually when said Predator gets too cocky and overconfident as they move in for their kill. But perhaps Frank would be up against a more wise Predator that doesn't let confidence get in the way.

They should drop a ton of Predators into the Marvel Zombie Universe, maybe a few Aliens too and then drop the Punisher in the middle of it and see if he survives =D

If we're going to add the Xenomorphs into the mix, I reckon Frank can survive them so long as he avoids their acid blood and their sneak attacks.

I still think it's too close to call, it all depends on a lot of circumstances regarding how the two meet and also which type of Predator Frank would be fighting against. Which actually looking over would be pretty interesting, saying the Predators from their individual movies would still be around, how'd he fare against the likes of P1's Jungle Hunter, P2's City Hunter, AVP-R's Wolf, etc.?
