A diverse group of recruits has arrived at the FBI Quantico Base for training. They are the best, the brightest and the most vetted, so it seems impossible that one of them is suspected of masterminding the biggest attack on New York City since 9/11.

“Quantico” stars Priyanka Chopra as Alex, Dougray Scott as Liam, Jake McLaughlin as Ryan, Aunjanue Ellis as Miranda, Yasmine Al Massri as Nimah, Johanna Braddy as Shelby, Tate Ellington as Simon and Graham Rogers as Caleb.

“Quantico” was written by Josh Safran. Executive producers are Josh Safran, Mark Gordon and Nick Pepper. “Quantico” is produced by ABC Studios.

I'm liking the premise of this with the terrorist mastermind/mole within the FBI... but with it being on ABC, it'll probably won't make it...

Getting a strong Shonda Rhimes vibe from that trailer

This was the one I was most interested in but it doesn't look great, I expected it to be more focused around a mystery inside Quantico and.....

The lead actress is terrible

This is the other big problem.

I like how ABC is acting like this is the only new show they'll be airing this fall during basketball.

This was on my list, but the promo is turning me off of it.

The latest promos are giving me a How to Get Away With Murder vibe.

Yeah this looked better on paper. After seeing the promos, meh. Was expecting the terrorist attack to be significantly bigger than what was shown, but then again have to wait to see if there is more.

Especially as an Indian, I'm looking forward to Priyanka Chopra's foray into American television and I hope this will be good. Looks decent, anyway.

pretty good first episode... I liked it, so I'll be continuing to tune in to this one...

Watching the premiere was an interesting experience for me because, before it started, the president of my local ABC affiliate came on to offer a disclaimer/warning regarding parts of the episode's content, specifically the way in which the character of Eric was handled and the way that the LDS faith was represented. Despite being a representative of that faith, I don't personally think the disclaimer/warning was really needed, but that's neither here nor there.

Putting that aside, I really liked the premiere, and was seriously not expecting it to go where it did, particularly at the end, when it took a massive swan-dive into Vantage Point territory, but I'm really intrigued by the Reunion-esque storytelling formula they've set up, and will definitely be tuning in week-to-week in order to see what's going to happen (which makes my Sunday nights full for the first time since I started regularly watching stuff on Sunday nights back in 2011 when Once Upon a Time premiered).

Pretty good and interesting premiere. The last third got a bit too confusing for my taste but the premise and cast are enough for me to follow this.

Among the recruits, my favorite is the [blackout]twin twist on Nimah.[/blackout]

I don't suppose anyone has an early guess on who might have did it? I'm almost leaning towards Nimah because of her reveal but it could be the gay guy. Or someone that's not even a main character.

Totally forgot this came on, will have to catch up.

I liked it. Lead actress is stunningly beautiful. Will admit at times I'm lost . Has some of how to get away with murder aspect, but also some blacklist.

I am guessing it's the 9-11 girl because she is the least likely suspect(The Muslim twins and gay guy are to easy of guesses and no way would they be that obvious). lol

More serious pick though is the guy who is the head of the FBI( O'Conner) along with the guy who had sex with the girl

The show wants us to think the perpetrator is one of the recruits, but I've got a suspicion that it could just as easily not be. Truthfully, though, I'd rather not speculate on the terrorist's identity for two reasons:
1) I'd most likely be wrong

2) It ruins the show's gimmick

is this is a single season series?... and if not, can this premise be sustained for multiple seasons?... I would think after a single season, it would start getting ridiculous and boring...

Solid start, not great but interesting enough to warrant tuning in next week. I like the idea of a show set at Quantico and actually wish that was the sole focus as opposed to the terrorist bomb flashback structure.

I wonder who is going to help Alex, I mean she only has 9 months training and has the entire FBI after her. The recruit characters were all interesting enough, the super pretty blond girl reminded me of someone, then I realized it wasn't a proper actress. :halo: I'm guessing Booth isn't dead.

My guess is the disgruntled guy working at Quantico that put Booth undercover is involved.

For my initial suspect, I'm going with Shelby (the blonde girl whose parents died at 9/11). There'll probably be some twist where it turns out that her parents were at the plane to help the terrorists all along. I really like her though so I hope I'm wrong.

Niamh seems to be too obvious so I don't think it's her. Anyone else caught that the FBI knows that she has a twin? When they were talking on whose turn it is, one of them said "Miranda wants you" or something like that.

My two suspects at this point are Shaw or the FBI Director himself (yes, I could actually see then going there).

Oops, forgot about this one. Sounds like it might be worth checking out.
