Umm....It's kinda like saying someone is going to make a custom Batman mold for you to make masks with. It would be copyright infringement, and you can get sued. If you're planning on selling any image or item or similar item of a copyrighted character for profit, your in the wrong. Though the goon masks aren't per say actual characters, they are an identifiable asset from the Dark Knight.
