Question about PS3 "Achievements"

so its common knowledge that future PS3 games will have their own version of achievments. My question is will they be like the medal/badge/ribbon system from Warhawk? When playing that game those reminded me of MS achievements. Are other games going to have it like that?

i think Home will have achievements for all PS3 games...don't quote me on that though, but i'm pretty sure i read somewhere that there's gonna be an area like that in Home.

Also, Resistance and the Darkness have an achievements system

yeah i remember that on the ratchet and clank walkthrough level an achievement popped up i think
