Does anyone else think when Clark and Evil Superman are fighting in the garbage dump, that the evil Superman could be the movie version of Bizzaro? Or do most of you think it's just Clark fighting his demons kind of thing?

He's fighting his demons. If you watch "Smallville" it's similar to the red kryptonite effect on the show.

No. In a word.

Bizarro isn't an evil version of Superman. He's a weird, dumb, mirror image.

Plus, when Superman turns bad in Superman III, he doesn't turn evil. He becomes corrupted, lustful, selfish, and there is a lot of depression and anger as well. He displays all the worst elements of humanity. It's the best villain performance in the series.

In addition, the original Nuclear Man in the deleted scenes from Superman IV is clearly based on Bizarro. He's not evil per se, he's just weird and stupid.

Couldn't have said it better! :woot:

I do, yes. I know this was not intended at all, but I consider him as a version of Bizarro. I find Comics Bizarro ridiculous and stupid, and I think it is a waste of character to keep him that way. Every time I see him in the comics I laugh a lot and then I cry of how pityfull the stories usually are.
In the cartoon, I regretted that he was the dumb bizarro.
I think Bizarro works pretty well with the notion of identity, and the consequences of the actions of superman if he weren't so nice. I see bizarro like bad Superman is. A reflection but evil. A mirror.
I don't want to be flamed but I loved the Bizarro version of Clark in Smallville.

If there really needs to be a mirror image evil Superman, he should be a separate character from Bizarro, because making Bizarro into nothing more than an evil verison of Superman takes away the bizarre from Bizarro. That's the entire concept.
