Question about the HD versions of MGS2 and MGS3 via Legacy Collection

I love having and using the stealth camo and infinite ammo bandana, but I've been having problems getting them and actually using them on these versions of the games. I'm starting to think I made a bad purchase, so I wanted to ask: is there an effective and easy way to obtain and use them much like the PS2 versions?

What is the issue you're having exactly? They should be exactly like the PS2 Substance and Subsistence re-releases in this regard.

With PS2, I used action replay. With PS3, I have these saves from the web, and neither one gives me them as of yet. I don't care for the trophies in games, and knowing how I play, I know the instructions will be out the window and I will be spotted or something. There has to be asn easier way to do this.

Oh, you're looking for a way to bypass the requirements, cheat codes and the likes. I don't know then; I'm not aware of any of that kind of stuff for the newer consoles.
