Ok, I have a question for you. Apparently my friends Lucy and Malcolm were talking about who they did and didn't find attractive out of our friends circle. Lucy asked Malcolm if he found me attractive and he said that I was "Too Sexual". What the hell is that supposed to mean?
I know he doesn't mean flirty, because I'm not flirtatious, and they all know that. So what does too sexual mean, and in any case, how can this be a bad thing? I'm really stumped, but I can't ask him because then he'll know that Lucy told me and be mad at her.

It sounds to me like he thinks you're attractive to the point of intimidation.

I would bet that it means simply that he feels intimidated by your sexuality, and that he deals with sexuality in a more conservative manner. In which case it's his problem, not yours.

Out of all the things for people to complain about, being "too sexual" isn't something that should trouble you in the least. :)

Thanks guys! I really wasn't sure what to do about it. I mean, I wasn't sure if I was supposed to be insulted or not!

Now, how did I know I would get a bizarre and unhelpful response from you? :woot:

This is pretty much the way I interpreted it, too.

depends on the tone...

either could either me simply
'yes'
or
'yes but she's a bit of a mouthful and would eat me for breakfast'

the real questions is, why do you care what your friend thinks about you?

I'll just make a point that if he didn't mention your name at first hand and your friend lucy had to mention your name and then have him give an opinion on it, is possibly more important than the answer itself.

I just instantly started worrying about whether I was doing something wrong. I honestly never thought I would hear a guy say that he didn't find someone attractive because they were too sexual.

Attraction can be a vicious circle. When somebody views someone else as too good looking or out of their league, the attraction starts coming back around and turns into aversion.

Oh right. I never thought of that. I tend to forget that some guys view some women as being out of their league. I've never considered myself too good for anyone. Well, apart from your average cheater/liar/*****ebag of course!

Means your horny and overly active. Or at least that's what it seems like. Do you got a picture of yourself on a day to day life (Myspace, facebook, imageshack w/e) That'd help.

Well I mean it also depends on how she dresses. Like if she dresses w/e then she's normal. But if she dresses like a prostitute... that's another story :D JOKEZ

That's a valid point. If you dress in a really provocative way and he's not into that... then yeah... too sexual.

Unless you post a pic of yourself then this thread is, dare I say, useless :o :cwink: :oldrazz:

Oh God, do I have to? What are we talking about, normal every day shot or dressed up?

Well if you can objectively describe what you wear and how you wear it we can offer you fine advice. The boys just want to see pictures of you. :o

Oh dear, I usually feel most comfortable in jeans and T-shirt, but I don't like wearing anything baggy because it makes me look enormous!

Erm....lets see what we have here. Don't have many pics of myself on my PC.

Ok, this was a pic of me and my friends at Alton Towers. I'm the blonde in the middle with the denim jacket and black trousers

This was a pic of me last year when we all got dressed up for Halloween

And this was taken of me a couple of weeks ago on a night out.

Seems to me like it could be a combination of being especially curvy and really outgoing. That can definitely contribute to an intimidation factor.
