i had a copy of spidey 2 before it reached the uk, i waited till i watched it first on the big screen, then analysed it properly with my dvd copy.

it makes no difference, i rarely go to see a film twice anyway...

What happened to keeping worldwide releases close together? I remember Matrix Revolutions had the same release date around the world. Is SR only getting an IMAX release and not 3D in the UK IMAX's because I read somewhere that only London is getting the 3D treatment.

Im guessing Batman Begins was probably released at a decent date because most of the cast was british and was shot in the UK. THats why US and Australia are getting it on the right date.

I am sure some will, I my self am not sure when I will be seeing it, hopefully on the opening night, which will depend if I am working that night.
