Question on "Rise of the Black Lanterns" trade.

Sorry if this has already been covered on here, but I recently purchase the trade paperback of "Rise of the Black Lanterns" and the book is missing pages. Specifically it is missing about half of the The Question story and all but the last two pages of Catwoman. Has this happened to anyone else out there? Now that I think if it, I may have come across other trades with similar problems, and I was wondering if I am the only person this happens to.
