Question regarding Civil war:Chronicles?

I'm collecting the civil war chronicles comics as I wanted to read CW in order but obviously I know there were alot of tie-in's and whatnot I just wanted to know if anyone knew what titles they will be reprinting in CW:Chronicles?

Also do you think they will print Captain americas death and the civil war aftermath issues such as CW: Confessions?
