    batman can't kill?
superman should have done all the right thing?

well, you will barely find one.

but you will find a lot of "things should be done this way and that way..."

Those are not plot Holes, they are inconsistencies with the source material.

    1. Lois finally cracked Swanwhick to talk on the park bench while hounding him a few times. He mentions how the Government was in on it, but it's Government classified. Can't breach it. Lois tells him to squash the Superman story, he said he happens to like his job, so he's not allowed to say anything to put himself in danger.

    2. It wasn't said specifically. I took it as the Government coverup and a crooked operation who want Superman dead. I got to focus more on Lex's specific scene if there was anything obviois.

I'm going to say from Mercy during the dinner party scene (she's shown noticing Bruce walking down the steps. She then confronts him through the glass doors, so she followed him) and with Bruce snooping around his pad. Lex got the Meta Human program in his Encrypted system and he had survelience on every member of the JL, so knowing Bruce was Batman was probably an easy one for him.Lex knows who they all were in advance.

Why doesn't Lex out Superman and Batman's identity at the end???

    Or the other meta humans?

    1. They don't establish that the gov was in on it or not, just more hinted that it could be any of multiple, amorphous 'government is shady' type things.

    2. Lex offered nothing in return. It was just suggested the Senator disliked Superman too.

    Reasons.

Probably same way he figured out Superman was Clark Kent.
    It's never really shown.

Speaking of secret IDs, I was disappointed we never got anything with Bruce figuring out who Superman was.
I mean the point of the film was about how blinded and single minded he'd become, and figuring out his secret ID might have conflicted with how they resolved their fight.
Of course he could have learned who he was without learning everything about his life.

They kinda gloss over the revelation that Superman knows who Batman is.
I guess it's implied that he deduced it after the party scene, listening in on Bruce snooping.

They could have had Bruce throw out a verbal nod to their party conversation, indicating he had figured out he was the reporter, or something. I don't know.

Bruce finding out who Kal is has always been one of my favourite moments in other media adaptations and comics.

    1. right

    2. I thought it had something to do with Lex promising to create a weapon for the government in case Superman went bad. Am I remembering correctly?

Why is the Bat Brand a death sentence??

why would the inmates care if he was caught by cops or by the Bat??

Surely they should have more empathy towards the one captured by The Bat. I'm guessing criminals don't like the Batman.

it could make Bruce Wayne's life miserable if everyone knows he's the Batman.

Surely, he would want revenge since he was jailed.

Because he brands criminals that are the worst, like pedos etc. In prison people with criminal charges like that are often targeted by other criminals because even though they may be murderers or whether they see that as a worse crime. So Batman brands these ones so that in prison they will be treated worse, it's another fear tactic by the Bat.

Yeah he's to smart for that, Lex would sit in the information to use at the right opportunity. It's the way his brain works, he's a genius.

True, but Lex likes to keep that kind of information to himself to use when the time is right (for him).

Yes, we had to have come from the same planet with our rockets being separated as we approached Earth. :woot:

    :woot:

Exactly, revenge would probably seem petty to Lex. He's a clever man, he only uses things as and when he needs to.
