Quick Batman begins question.........

hi i've had this game for a long time but still not sure on what to do in this part of the game.i'm batman and i am in this parking lot there is a guy fixing his car with a gun so i quickly knock him out. then i get up on a ldder and walk into vents.in this stage of the game i must get a pass phrase to get to the second floor. any way i keep on walking through the vents and there are three or four people talking to each other. one with a gun and others with no guns. the little icon on the top of the screen shows that i should use my batarang to scare them so i do. they show a cutscene and in that cutscene the guy with the gun doesn't drop the gun. i still go down to fight but still the guy didn't drop the gun!then i die.
what should i do?! is this a glitch? please help

If he's scared, he should drop the gun. I guess if you have any smoke grenades or those Bat-summoners you should throw them. Other than that, it might be a glitch.

Yea, it may be a glitch. Try re-loading. Anyway, is it only one guy with a gun? If it is, you may be able to take him out and then take the other gun-less people out.

What you do is take the game, put it in it's case, and trade it in for something better.

I don't agree. I actually liked the game. Sure, it wasn't the best game ever but it was pretty fun. Hopefully the sequel will be better but at least the game captured the atmosphere of Batman.

Yeah it was a decent game.... but it could've been much better. Imagine if the guys that did Splinter Cell did Batman Begins. I hate EA for destroying what I love.
