Quickest place to legally download finale after it airs?

Does anyone know which online medium will have the finale up the first?

Is it iTunes, the day after? I know Xbox live takes a couple days especially since the day after for Smallville is a Saturday.

Has anyone noticed this season if iTunes is updated immediately Saturday morning after airing Friday nights?

you might luck out after midnight est it could be up at itunes/amazon on demand places. But some times it doesnt come up to early in the morning saturday. But there is the illegal ways but we know we cant talk about them.

the iTunes copy is usually up before 9am the next morning.

Both Amazon and iTunes had it, apparently, earlier than that this morning.

I get the SD version of the show for the season, but I sometimes buy HD copies of episodes I like more, like Homecoming. I will probably buy the HD version of this as well.
