That's true too. Very true.

I accidentally voted for Fox in the poll though lol
DoFP Pietro ran really fast. MCU Pietro resembled the character I grew up reading.
Winner: MCU Pietro

I remember Quicksilver from the comics being a mutant and having Magneto as a dad for most of his comic history.
that ain't a first world problem. that's just not reading thoroughly, it's a personal problem.First word problems. My life's TL;DR.
Why is this even a question? And why are the votes so close? The MCU's Quicksilver barely registered; Fox's is one of its most entertaining characters. No contest.
Surprised to see that the people rooting for MCU's Quicksilver are just a vocal minority.
The posts on this are mainly people siding with MCU, whilst a majority of the votes in the poll are in Fox's favour.
I loved ATJ in Kick-Ass. But he was dull as all hell in Godzilla and Ultron. He wasnt dull. If amarvel wouldve gave him a few more films then he wouldve become a fan favorite. Bet on it.
While I definitely prefer the MCU version, I have to take issue with the "Fox Quicksilver has the wrong powerset" arguments. He has *exactly* the powerset the comic version has: superspeed. His is a little more powerful than he often was, in that he's multimach superspeed rather than just mach 1 superspeed, but that's what he's been since the late 90s, anyway.
The only thing the movie does, is not have Quicksilver job out in the ways he usually does in the comic. He doesn't forget that he has superspeed, and ram his head into someone's relatively-stationary fist.
