So I was going through the Marvel wikia looking for any possible character matches for Skye that have been overlooked, and I came across one called Klara Prast.

A few things popped out at me, first these two quotes from the trivia section:

"It appears that Klara's favorite color is red and her favorite flower is a rose.", and "Klara wanted to choose the codename "Rose Red", but Molly preferred the codename "Tower of Flower".

The next thing was the characters creators: Joss Whedon, Michael Ryan.

The characters powers are plant related: Botanopathy, and Chlorokinesis, none of which we've seen with Raina, so maybe this is just a red herring they threw in there to lead people astray.

Food for thought though.

Klara's a little girl from the past. i'm not saying there's no connection. but there's nothing there except flowers to link them.

Sounds like he's just Whedon out the alternatives... :rimshot:

Over in the bloody hand man thread two possible characters for Raina came up with regards to a theory that Golden Claw is involved. Chronos mentioned Nightshade(a type of flower) and I mentioned his servant Mai-Pan, who are both brilliant bio-chemists and scientists like Raina.
