I remember that panel. It was one of the early issues where Johnny Blaze is harassing the Ghost Rider trying to find out whether he was Zarathos. Ghost Rider didnt understand what JB was saying, but he (GR) knew he wasn't Zarathos so he simply said, "NO"

I love that frame, when I was in high school, I drew a poster size version of that exact frame by Tex (got a nice "A" on that one too). I wish I could have kept it now considering how I have a big interest on the Ghost Rider character again.
