10/10. Blew away my expectations. I just cannot possibly see whats not to like about this. It's four minutes of the Leaguers doing Leaguer things in the coolest, most badass way possible. And the villain looks like the most threatening CBM villain in forever.

Best one so far. Another action trailer with a rock song and I might have cooled off of JL completely. This is exactly what I hoped for and it brought the excitement back.

Gave it an 8 out of 10. Basically, I never give a 10, so the 9 is the new 10 so the 8 is like a 9... Great trailer. I love Diana just casually dodging bullets now.:woot:

8/10... 2 pts deducted for no shirtless Cavill ;) I'm seriously afraid there won't be enough of that in this film...lol

But seriously... Great trailer... Just a tad weirdly cut imo...

Um...I messed up. I should have given it an 8 out of 10 instead of a 6.

I gave it a 10. **** it. It was fantastic. It was literally like WB put spies on me or hacked into my brain and put everything I wanted in the trailer. From the Man of Steel music, to Superman being referenced as a symbol of hope, to him being teased in the perfect way etc. etc. etc.

lol herolee u really are all in on this.

10 out of 10 from me. everything in trailer is great. loved superman and lantern reference, good music and steppenwolf is anytime better then doomsday. 2nd best cbm trailer for me after bvs comic con trailer.

I don't understand how you're going to make a Justice League movie and NOT use Superman in the marketing...just dumb

Not having Superman in the marketing is a genius move IMO. Granted it happened because of his death in BvS. But it makes the whole deal even more intriguing. We have no idea what's gonna happen nao do we. We are hotly anticipating his return. Everyone is curious. That' the hook. The hype for Superman through his absence will be through the roof. I know it's my most anticipated moment in the movie.

We must have watched a different trailer. The one I saw had news reporters talking about him, shots of his symbol across the world, Bruce saying that Superman is a beacon of hope, the man of steel theme playing through the trailer AND Superman at the end. :cwink:

If anything, I think the issue here is that the JL is being promoted as a group that's complete without Superman.

The trailer shows that the world is different in Superman's absence, but it does not emphasize or hint that the team feels/comes off as incomplete without Superman.

Superman, as far as the trailers have suggested, does not feel like a member of the group which is what most people are having issues with.

Actually in the trailer they have a shot addressing specifically that aspect. The scene where Wonder Woman stresses the importance to fight together as one. This is a clear indication as to them not being complete. Everyone seems to be struggling personally. Batman due to Superman's death, Cyborg due to being different and not a "full" man, Flash due to never having fought etc.

That's exactly how it all comes across in the trailers and posters. It's flawed from the start to think that the JL is complete without Superman.

Yup, Superman's absence gives the movie intrigue and mystery. We all wanna know "where is SUPERMAN?" Would we be anticipating his role in the movie nearly as much if he was alive and this was just a standard team up movie?

I love that the JL is being formed out of a real pressing situation. That differentiates it from the Avengers and the X-Men. It's genuinely so intriguing. Plus the team ain't complete without my boy Kal. He's brings them all together. He makes the team perfect.

It was a 10 for me, it did exactly what I wanted it to but was even more awesome than I expected.

I don't think she was referring to the fact that the team was "incomplete" from her POV. I think she said that because they had Victor and Barry there who have never dealt with these types of threats before and thus wanted them to take extra precaution against the Parademons.

Out of all of the posters that Superman had to be absent from, why did it have to be from today's gorgeous looking one? I would literally have paid money to have one that officially had Superman in it.

Not really. Have you seen some of the other comments over the web? People aren't as intrigued as they are irritated and disappointed that he's missing again from everything JL related. The only ones that are happy about his absence are the posters on this forum.

I think the logic should be that people would be greatly anticipating his role for JL if the film actually gave us a freaking idea of what we should be expecting.

It's like being shown a preview of what you're going to be eating for dinner as you see just enough on how delicious it looks as opposed to just being told that you'll be having something later that night.
