Rate the New TMNT movie trailer

I gave it a 6- I think the movie will be good, but I suspect this trailer (unlike the teaser) has been cut to get the kids in first...I just wish the tone of the movie was a bit more clear-cut. guess ill have to wait and see

10- incredible trailer and im not a fan. but i must say the trailer makes you hungry for more.

10...i have no gripes or nitpicks about the trailer what-so-ever.

i thought the trailer was a good mix of seriousness and silly jokes

I gave it a 10 I thought it was very entertaining and made me really want to see this movie.

7

didnt excite me to wanna go see it, or buy tickets for friends to go see it.

I give it a 1 since it looks like such a crappy movie.

dude.....it's a CGI movie based on a popular kids show. what made you think it was gonna be a serious movie?

Is there a link to another site with the trailer? It won't let anyone outside the USA watch it.

First of all, it's based off of an extremely violent comic aimed at teenagers and above. Second, I for one was kinda hoping the CG movie TMNT was going to be a kind of "cartoon for adults." About as serious, weighty, and kick@ss as Pirates 1 and 2 (which never was overly serious or weighty OR DORKY), but without the pirates. (Yeah I know Pirates wasn't a cartoon, but... technically it was. If you really think about it...) Anyways, that's the kind of drive and gravitas I'd want to see in a TMNT movie -- something that will appeal to both kids and adults.

Same here. It seems a bit too kiddy orientated.

I gave it a 6. It wasn't as dark as I thought it would be, and the voice-over guy was really annoying.

it looks cool and yeah i wish it was bit dark. over what like 20 years after the dark comics they came from, the turtles have been pretty much brightened up for the kids.

Uhhh, ever seen the first movie?

I give it a 10. This movie looks awesome. When I heard about it I thought it'll be interesting to see how they revive this franchise, and then I started seeing the pics and thought wow, this is going to be better than what I was thinking, now after seeing the trailer, it looks to be a big deal. Hope it really does well and has a good story.

It looks like Pixar but, all amped up. :word:

8.... but only because i dont care about TMNT

Going for a 9, simply because someone decided to continue the tradition of TMNT in an expensive medium. They couldn't make it all dark and all goofy, they had to split the difference for both demographics. There will be some in depth scenes for Leo and Raph, and some silly jokes courtesy of Don and Mike, and possible vice versa. I'd probably predict it being on par with Incredibles as far as the violent and action quotient, and maybe a curse word or two if they wish to push the rating.

I gave it a ten. I just loved it! I cannot wait for March 2007 to come rolling around!

I think they were going for an Incredibles vibe and achieved it. I thought the monster designs were worthless and that plot seems a little too dumb almost, but if you are dealing with "every 1,000... MONSTERS!" its going to sound dumb in a trailer, who knows how it will play out in the movie. I did feel like a big deal though, like it was more than just a random cgi movie that comes out every month.

I give the trailer 7 hello kitties.
