I don’t think anyone is calling his ex a liar. But her experience as his former wife does not invalidate Fisher’s and Tucker’s experiences as his subordinates. It is entirely in the realm of possibility that Johns exhibited more racial bias in the workplace as a manager than he did at home as a husband. Different circles can bring out different behaviors.

Also, no issue if he wanted a white dude for Supes grandpa. If that was the plan from the beginning and whatnot, but he and his team don't really make it clear tho. I don't know, just always find it funny folks get angry about alien superheroes and what really have no real logic as to what they look like. Bridgerton guy couldve easily played the role too. And some go even so far as to claim a psychological condition instead of simply believing a womans words.

Johns' ex didn't just claim that he wasn't racist, she said the stories and allegations themselves were "fictitious". She also mentioned experiencing "real racism" in her past as a Louisiana native, which I read as insinuation that Fisher and Tucker's claims were either exaggerations or fabrications. People would naturally choose which side to give the benefit of the doubt, but this doesn't seem like a situation where both sides' claims can be true when Dorsey claims the other side is being disingenuous. No different than how Ray previously fired back at Johns about insisting for Seg-El to resemble Cavill but being fine with the Zods not resembling Shannon, or Tucker who said the "continuity notes" claim was a lie and instead claimed that Johns "didn't want a black actress to wear her hair in an updo that revealed a shaved chevron pattern in the back of her head". Both sides are calling each other liars here. Without some factual evidence, the only way this would seem to have any resolution is if THR either publishes another "hit piece" on Johns, or if more people start speaking out either against him or in his defense. Or if Warner Media finally reveals what the investigation discovered I guess.

Lawd. I've met a particular suit with similar backstory. His wife is from the Philippines, also about 15 years younger, but he wasn't in favor of DACA. I'm told that he later got ''checked'' for something else, which was iffy. Eh. By the way, a real nice hard working dude.

I will eventually run into him at some 'Eyes Wide Shut' type party no doubt. lol

I believe Fisher's story because I didn't easily dismiss things that he said nor others have stated that not only back him up but also show that Whedon has a dark side. And I brought up stockholm's and Proud boys for a reason because what I stated was a fact: most of those dudes that married black women yet dislike black people have some kind of dark fetish and it was addressed on an episode of divorce court when one of the Proud boys was divorcing his wife. Whedons case has nothing to do with Johns case because the accusations against Johns are far far more vague and questionable than the ones Whedon has around him.

If its a fact then show sources...because if you dont then they are not facts.
There is no indication or anything that Johns ex wife is forced to defend him or so...making up some disgusting narrative because you value the word of a black woman less, is not an argument.

The accusations made against Johns are a bit weak to say the least, like Johns allegedly telling Tucker that changing hairstyles is not a “black thing”. You can put a racial spin to it and say it’s a “white guy telling a black person he knows more about black culture yadda yadda yadda” but actually, it’s probably just her boss ignoring her input which I imagine happens all the time

I find it ironic how the most condemning allegations happen to be unrelated to the JL reshoots. In perspective, the worst thing that Ray has accused Geoff of so far is the alleged threat to his career. And even Ray says he didn't know about the "angry black man" thing until another witness for the investigation told him about it. The Krypton story about Page's audition and Tucker's claim about the actress' hair have been more heavily debated than really anything that Ray has said about Johns in months about the JL reshoots. Likely has a lot to do with the fact that Rege is currently a big name, and certainly a bigger name than Fisher, so it's no surprise that Johns' reps didn't start talking until now. Even his ex-wife decided to chime in, something she didn't do when the allegations first hit last year. Unfortunately I think that's another sad example of how you're only taken seriously depending on how big your name happens to be. THR knew exactly what they were doing when they brought up that Rege had auditioned for Krypton. If that was never mentioned, it would just be more of the same that we've known so far.

I find everything Tucker says is her just taking offence at things, she reminds me of someone you’d bump into in a supermarket by accident and they’d claim you assaulted them.

Honestly, what does Ray Fisher gain from continuing to talk about all of this crap? It sucks, sure, but this was all 4-5 YEARS AGO. Everyone else has moved on and the Snyder Cut has been released. Unless he wants to sue WB over everything that happened then I don't understand what the point is. An investigation happened, the guilty parties have been punished, what more does Fisher WANT!? Also, Walter Hamada was NOT in charge of DC Films during production; Kevin Tsujihara was and he's been long since fired! So why blame Hamada for stuff that was Tsujihara's fault? And even then, Fisher's not someone like Don Cheadle, Morgan Freeman or even John Boyega for instance where he's got some notoriety and clout to his name; aside from one small TV show, all people know him as at the moment is Cyborg. From ONE FREAKING MOVIE. By Hollywood standards, he's kind of a nobody.

Not only that, but a lot of Ray's complaints stem from his scenes getting cut down and Whedon's bad behavior. And he's the only actor from this movie making constant comments on this matter. Not Jason Momoa, not Affleck, not Gal Gadot, not Henry Cavil, and not Ezra Miller. Just HIM. And it seems like aside from Whedon being bad, what else really happened? Unless something really horrific happened that Fisher's not telling us like Gal Gadot got raped or something (and I HOPE that's not the case; wouldn't wish that on ANYONE), he needs to either just drop the pretense and just sue already or move the hell on. This isn't the Book of Exodus here and he's not freaking Moses demaning for his people to be set free, if you get my drift.
