Real Player - Saving Videos

So I like saving videos on my computer and Real Player used to have a thing where if you put your cursor over the video a little tab would pop up allowing you to download and save the video onto your computer.

Real Player was asking me to upgrade so I did, and now that option is gone. So how can I get it back... or is there another way I can save videos off of... say... youtube?

goto the site click download mp4 and there ya go, saved to your pc
