The Dark Knight Reason For The Penthouse

Been hearing a lot of (confirmed) rumours about the penthouse being used and just thought i'd share with you why... The Batcave and hence Wayne Manor will still be in the process of being built during Dark Knight ready for the climax of the 3rd film.

I am NOT presenting this as fact, but think about it, it makes perfect sense.
