Hulu Orders ‘Reboot’ Comedy From Steve Levitan to Series – The Hollywood Reporter

Hulu has given a series order to Reboot, a star-studded comedy from Modern Family co-creator Steve Levitan.

The project, which marks Levitan’s follow-up to multiple Emmy winner Modern Family, stars Keegan-Michael Key and Johnny Knoxville. Judy Greer has also joined the cast, taking over a role that Leslie Bibb played in the pilot episode.

Reboot stars Key and Knoxville as the two male leads of an early 2000s family sitcom that Hulu decides to reboot, forcing its dysfunctional cast back together. Now they must deal with their unresolved issues in today’s fast-changing world.

I like the concept and as someone who appreciated Modern Family for its entire run, I’m in.

I like Judy Greer, so I'm interested. Not too sure about Johny Knoxville though. I just can't buy him as an actor.

I know, that's not helping It's one of the reasons why I still see him as "the Jackass guy," even after all these years... Whenever he's in a movie I just see him, instead of the character he's playing. But maybe this show will change that.

I like the concept and as someone who appreciated Modern Family for its entire run, I’m in.

This is an awesome premise. I think I’ve had enough of Judy Greer when she not doing Archer, but I can at least say I don’t find her in any way outright irritating.

I liked it. Paul Rudd is great. The cast chemistry really saves it.
